Terms of use

What this site is

Best Australian Casino Online is an independent comparison site. It lists five casinos, scores them and sets their published figures side by side: welcome offers, wagering, payout times, minimum deposit and licence. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using it.

We do not offer gambling

We do not run a casino, take deposits, hold player money or process bets. Nothing here is a gambling service. Every deposit, bonus and withdrawal happens on the operator's own website, under that operator's own rules. Your agreement is with the operator, not with us.

Affiliate links

Some buttons lead to casino sites through tracked affiliate links. If a reader registers or deposits after clicking, we may earn a commission. That is how the site is funded, and the cost to you does not change. Scores are editorial and the About page explains how they are built. Still, a commercial relationship exists, and you should weigh our opinions with that in mind.

Information, not advice

Figures such as the €5,000 + 350 free spins package or wagering of 35x to 40x come from the brands and are published in EUR. They can change without notice, so check the casino's own terms before you deposit. A score between 9.0 and 9.4 out of 10 is our editorial view against the comparison criteria. It does not predict how a casino will treat you, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.

Licensing in your country

None of the five casinos holds a licence from an Australian state or territory regulator or from ACMA. Their licences come from Curaçao or Anjouan. Betwest is the exception: it does not publish a gambling licence, and its operator is a company registered in Costa Rica. Whether you may use an offshore site is your own responsibility, so check the rules that apply to you before registering anywhere.

Age limit: 18+

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. If you are younger, do not use it or follow its links. Gambling can cause harm, so set limits and never stake money you need for living costs. Free support is available from Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, and BetStop is the national self-exclusion register. Our responsible gambling page lists the warning signs.

Liability limits

We work to keep the content accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, for decisions based on this site, or for the content, availability or conduct of third-party casinos. Nothing here removes rights you hold by law that cannot be excluded.

Our content and how to reach us

The texts, scores and tables are ours, so please ask before republishing them. Questions about these terms go through the contact form. The privacy policy covers data handling, and the imprint explains the status of the project.
